Hi, I'm
Operations, people and project-focused professional
I build the operational backbone - bridging people, processes and technology in international IT environments.
That's Hobi. He runs my WFH office. ↗
I did not start my journey in IT with a technical background. I entered the industry from the operational and business side, learning everything through hands-on experience - from delivery processes and collaboration with development teams to IT recruitment and project coordination.
Today, I am responsible for operational development within IT outsourcing, coordination of international projects, and optimization of organizational processes.
Beyond business orientation, I genuinely care about people. I work actively in HR and I believe that every person I collaborate with should feel they are in the right place - that their work is noticed, appreciated, and meaningful. That belief shapes how I build teams, design processes, and show up every day.
I thrive in dynamic environments where quick analysis, decision-making, and balancing business goals with people-focused collaboration are essential. I value transparency, strong communication, and partnership-based relationships.
"She's the most organized human I've ever shared an office with. Also she actually reads the documentation."

Not all projects are code. These are the ones I'm proud of.
Led the full implementation of Traffit ATS: defined requirements, coordinated stakeholders, designed recruitment workflows, and delivered automated sourcing, CV management, and reporting.
Built and scaled an entire IT outsourcing delivery department from zero - including process design, partner network development, recruitment workflows, and operational frameworks.
Coordinating IT outsourcing projects across 7 markets (PL, FR, DE, NL, SE, CA, UK). Primary contact between clients and development teams, handling escalations, SLAs, and delivery forecasting.
Designed and implemented standardized recruitment best practices - sourcing strategies, candidate communication, CV pipeline management, and reporting cadence.
Built budget templates, operational summaries, and a structured management reporting framework from scratch - supporting leadership decision-making and organizational planning.
Completed a structured AI competency development program - covering LLMs, prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows, and integration of AI tools into daily operational work.
I always want to understand the "why" before the "what". The work makes more sense - and so do the decisions.
I document as I go and prefer written communication for most things. Meetings should have a clear purpose.
Whether it's a project status, a process doc, or a message - if it's not clear, it's not done.
Work is serious - but I firmly believe a well-timed laugh and a bit of lightness solves approximately 40% of team problems. Good vibes are part of the deliverable.
Simple, direct communication beats impressive-sounding complexity every time.
I don't wait to be told - if something needs doing and I can do it, I do it.
Systems exist to serve people - not the other way around. Every colleague deserves to feel their work is noticed and valued.
I'm happiest in workplaces open to improvement. I actively experiment, take courses, and ask a lot of questions.

Actively upskilling, expanding knowledge and becoming a more conscious AI user - not just using tools, but understanding how and why they work.
Putting the final touches together before sitting the exam. Frameworks I already live - now getting the official stamp.
This is actually my first portfolio project - built entirely with AI assistance. Turns out prompt engineering and project management have a lot in common.
Almost 30 - making it count. Moving more, sleeping better, caring about the small things. It turns out optimizing yourself is also a process.
My parrot Hobi has strong opinions about my video calls. He's right every time. My colleagues and clients absolutely love him.
I actually enjoy writing documentation. I really do. I know. Sounds scary.
I'm an absolute Asia travel enthusiast. China, Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, Maldives (twice). Next stop: Vietnam.
Strong opinions on meeting agendas. Weak opinions on coffee - I'll drink anything.
I walk. A lot. Around 60,000 steps per week, minimum. My best ideas happen somewhere between step 8,000 and 12,000.
I built this website with AI. You're literally looking at my first portfolio project right now. Meta, isn't it?
